The project brief was to continuously light a complicated stairwell following every turn where the wall meets the ceiling. A Lumatech technician went to site and templated every angular join which was then pre welded in factory ready for installation. Lumatech worked alongside the electrical contractor to complete the installation onsite due to the complexity involved. The LT60D profile was selected along with DALI dimmable drivers and light engines provided by Task Lighting utilising high CRI to bring out the rich timber detail of the structure. Long-life high-performance LED strip was used in this instance to provide continuous light into the exact lengths. The LS134 strip has on board constant current IC's, a unique feature providing colour stability, voltage regulation and temperature control.
